Kitchen really isn't a kitchen. Only one hot plate and a microwave. We had to wait for hours to cook anything, especially with the longterm guest that cooks his meals for the entire week (GRRR). With as much space in the common area, it would easy to expand the kitchen. Thank you for the free coffee, however in our 5 day stay, there wasn't a single mug to drink out of;-( Also, only a few spoons and one fork?
Staff is very nice, accommodating and welcoming! Hostel is very large and very clean!! Beds were comfortable and the location is conveniently located to a lot of restaurants and public transportation. Highly recommend.
Room is spacious.Bed was comfortable.i stayed in 6 or 7 bed dormitory.it is like 1 bed room and 1 living room and 1 bathroom with a shower and toilet.The bed room has 2 or 3 beds with its own door.the living room has 4 beds.Cuz the flat was spacious it was very comfortable to sleep or relax.room walls are white painted and very clean.there are storage cabinets in the room.bring your own lock or u borrow a lock by depositing money i think.the room key has 10eu deposit.Housekeeper gets in the room in the afternoon to clean the floor.the common kitchen is at the basement and is quite big, there are a lot of chairs and tables.There is free coffe.there is a lift in the building.everything was great.Staff was also smiling.
-problems with the payment cause they required only a credit card and charged the payment to a credit card before arrival
-room, bathroom and common kitchen wasnt very clean, especially floors
-bathroom had no lock
-no dishes in the common kitchen, there were only 2 knives, one fork and one spoon
-cups were plastic hard to drink hot tea / coffee
-they charged you deposit fee (10 euros or 200 CZK) for the key
-good location, not right in the city center - about 20 minutes walking, but close to the train station and tram stop

There are no social areas except for some tables in the backyard. I had to go outside to do a phone call not to disturb the people in my room.
Really nice place for the price. The bathrooms where clean and the bed was confortable. A little bit far from the center, but nothing you can't reach.
The location was a bit far from the city center and seemed a bit unsafe (we had to take Uber every night). Also, the common room was a bit lacking compared to other hostels where I've stayed in terms of food and decoration and overall vibe. If you are coming to meet people, this is probably not the best hostel to stay in, but it is very quiet so you will get rest.
I liked the staff and the price was very cheap. The location is very very convenient to the Florenc bus station! If you get the 6 person room, having the E and F beds were very nice because you got your own room. The staff is there 24/7 to help you with anything.
